This project focuses on the research of casting film, coating film, antibacterial modification, anti fouling modification system, and key process control devices in terms of technology, materials, process, and automation control system, comprehensively improving product performance, and developing functional RO reverse osmosis membranes with strong resistance, antibacterial, and high throughput. It is expected that the main indicators will reach advanced levels at home and abroad. It is planned to build the first functional RO reverse osmosis membrane production line with an annual output of 3 million square meters in Anhui Province, with a new output value of 50 million yuan and broad industrial prospects.
