According to the notice issued by the Hefei Science and Technology Bureau on September 20, 2018 on the issuance of the 2018 Hefei Independent Innovation Policy "Borrowing, Transferring, and Replenishing" Fund Approval Project, our company actively organized the application work, carefully sorted out and condensed the "Research on the Preparation and Application of New RO Reverse Osmosis Functional Membranes for Water Purification Equipment" project in accordance with the document requirements. After expert review, the project has been successfully approved on.


Introduction to project achievements

The cooperative unit of this project is Anhui Jianzhu University, with 5 scientific and technological personnel participating in the cooperation between industry, university, and research. One entity has been established to promote scientific and technological achievements, and one pilot production line has been built. The project has actually applied for a total of 36 patents, 26 invention patents, 10 utility model patents, 6 authorized invention patents, and 10 authorized utility models; 2 new product evaluations have been completed, and 3 scientific and technological achievements have been registered (1 new process, 1 new technology, and 1 new equipment); Participated in the revision of one national standard, formulated two group standards, and one enterprise standard. The RO reverse osmosis functional membrane developed can achieve a desalination rate of 99.52%, a water flux of 311.5 L/m2 · h, a net aquatic water volume of 3000L (equivalent to 24 months of drinking water for a family of three), and a water saving rate (57.5% net aquatic water rate); After the completion of this project, it drove the enterprise to invest 4.188 million yuan in research and development, achieving sales revenue of 127 million yuan, net profit of 13.9921 million yuan, and tax payment of 6.3579 million yuan; The project has accumulated a new sales revenue of 41.7776 million yuan, a new net profit of 4.723 million yuan, and a new tax payment of 3.8284 million yuan.

The approval of the "borrowing, transferring, and supplementing" key technology major research and development project for Hefei's independent innovation policy is a milestone achievement in the company's research and development work.

 

This project adopts a self-developed impregnation solution containing special functional graft monomers, and uses impregnation interface grafting technology to modify RO reverse osmosis membrane. The preparation process is simple, the reaction conditions are mild, the product flux is high, water saving, desalination rate is high, and pollution resistance is high
