Introduction to project achievements

 

Through the implementation of the project, the company plans to introduce or cultivate 1 person with a senior professional title (or doctoral degree), 2 people with an intermediate professional title (or master's degree), and 20 technical personnel. After the completion of this project, we will apply for 5 invention patents and 10 utility model patents, strive to authorize 1 invention patent and 10 utility model patents, and participate in the development of 1 industry standard, publish 2 papers, and produce 1 new technology, 1 new process, and 3 new products. According to preliminary calculations, through the implementation of this project, one reverse osmosis membrane production line with an annual production capacity of 3 million square meters will be built, with an additional annual sales revenue of about 50 million yuan, an additional profit of 10 million yuan, and an additional tax revenue of 4 million yuan. Flux ≥ 50L · m-2 · h-1, sterilization rate ≥ 99.99%, effluent bacterial count<10CFU/mL, desalination rate ≥ 99.5%, net aquatic water volume ≥ 3T (standard 1812 membrane module).

This project focuses on the research of technology, materials, processes, and automation control systems for membrane casting, coating, antibacterial modification, anti fouling modification systems, and key process control devices. It comprehensively improves product performance and develops functional RO reverse osmosis membranes with strong anti fouling, antibacterial, and high throughput. It is expected that the main indicators will reach advanced levels at home and abroad. It is planned to build the first functional RO reverse osmosis membrane production line with an annual output of 3 million square meters in Anhui Province, with a new output value of 50 million yuan and broad industrialization prospects.
